1500 Clound Nine Pkwy Lot #36
Mazatzal Mountain Airpark AZ
Payson , AZ 85541-3512
$91,000

Ok, ok - you live up north. You're looking at a rough Winter for the 2016-2017 season. Forecasts are all pointing towards frigid temps and a real wintery mix of snow, ice and winds. Your airplane is buried in the hangar someplace and, if you fly out of a grass strip or small airport, the runways are buried. This all begs the question - is this really anyway to own an airplane or treat your body? Maybe you live in the Phoenix area with miserably hot summers? The Airpark is usually 20 degrees cooler then the valley. Mazatzal Mountain Airpark is a Alpine mountain (+5000 ft MSL) community in Payson, AZ. I'm talking 300 plus days of absolutely beautiful VFR flying. No clouds, absolutely blue skies and moderate temps with some of the cleanest, freshest air you'll ever breathe. I'm not blowing smoke here either - check the stats on this place. I'm selling Lot #36 in the park. It's a corner lot with room to build a nice hangar home. You're basically steps to your shop and airplane. Talk about a man cave! No tie down fees or hangar rentals. It's all right here . Your neighbors share your passion for flying. It's a mix of airline pilots, commercial pilots, home builders or just folks that like airplanes. They eat, sleep and breathe airplanes - 24/7, 365. Oh, it's not just airplanes. Airplanes are all fine and dandy, but what else is there to do? How about state and federal parks? There's thousands of miles of trails for horses, ATVs or hiking and camping. There's even an Indian owned casino. The airport, KPAN, is a government maintained field with published approaches and a funky little airport cafe. No control tower. Weekends it busy with students, homebuilts and folks flying in for that $100 hammer. Airplane heaven? I think so. So, my lot's for sale. If you're interested - I'd love to talk to you about it if you're really motivated. I've attached a few pictures that should give a person an idea of the landscape. Mostly pine tress and juniper bushes. I don't need any tire kickers please. Real estate prices are reasonable compared to where you live.
