The prevailing winds favor the 09 runway most of the time for take off and landing. Fuel is available 6 miles away at the Ozark Airport (7M5) or other local airports. Local gas stations also sell no-ethanol regular gas for ultralights or aircraft with mogas STCs.  

The home itself is a one bedroom, one bathroom home with a large living area and open kitchen with a large island. An office with a full size Murphy bed serves as a second bedroom or guest bedroom. The main bedroom has a large closet and built-in chest of drawers and the office has nice cabinets above the desk/work area. A large bookcase finishes out the wall with the murphy bed.

The kitchen, dry bar, and bath all have beautiful granite counter tops, and the kitchen has lots of storage in the custom dark cherry cabinets. The doors and trim are finished in stained solid knotty Alder wood giving the home a wonderfully warm homey feel. The real wood floor and beige bath and kitchen tile compliment the rich cabinets and doors. The all electric appliances and kitchen sink are stainless steel.

The furniture can be purchased with the home and can be negotiated, as can much of the mowing equipment, including either or both of the tractors, making this a complete turn-key purchase if desired.
