The large airplane hangar can simultaneously accommodate at least three small planes and at least six personal vehicles. In the hangar, there are nine overhead lights that provide more than enough light for any potential application (we usually only turn on six lights when illumination is required). There is a large workshop, with a small air conditioner, work bench and plenty of area to park your riding lawn mower. Up the stairs from the workshop is a very long and spacious storage area/work space, which is the envy of any packrat or hobbyist. Currently, we use part of this upstairs area as a workout room and there is still LOTS and LOTS of storage space available.

All of this sits on one acre, with plenty of mature trees, a taxiway with runway access, an aerobic septic system with six sprinklers, a separate sprinkler system for the front yard and a stone/steel fence with automatic gate that surrounds the house/hangar and about half of the property.

Propwash is a public access airport (privately owned by the residents) with a 3000 ft paved runway (50 ft wide)., runway lights, tower beacon, etc.
